The development of automotive has brought great convenience to people's life.But at the same time,it also increases the pressure of energy and environment.Therefore,nearly all countries are promoting the research of new energy vehicles,especially the control technology of powertrain system.In this regard,the use of electric vehicles test bench can provide a realistic developing and testing environment,to optimize vehicle control strategies,and evaluate the performance of vehicle's parts and components.In this paper,we started from a HEV simulation platform,then put it into the real-time control system of the electric vehicle control bench,and mainly carried out the following work:First,according to the real-time control system requirements,researched the overall hardware and software solutions for the test bench,which is based on the NI PXI(hardware chassis,peripheral modules and software LabVIEW and VeriStand,etc.)and 3 dynos.Second,depending on the drive system design of the target hybrid vehicle,select and match the key components and parameters.And according to that,using the "plug and play" modular thought,built the vehicle control model.Moreover,imported vehicle control built models into NI/VeriStand software environment,and deployed the PXI real-time controller,for real-time test.Finally,based on the laboratory conditions,tested and verified the feasibility of the method on the bench preliminary hardware in the loop.The subject used the "plug and play" modular thought to erect a control model for bench test.It can achieve the shift control and power distribution.And the control strategies have been also through simulation and Real time test.What's more,the feasibility of the model was also tested on the bench preliminarily.For the development of powertrain system technology,it provides a more convenient way.This method provides a quick measurement and control platform for the measurement of new energy automotive parts and components.So it has a certain application value.
