With the development of Shanghai city,it is inevitable for large manufacturing enterprises to move away from urban areas.In the face of market conditions,many enterprises think reconstruction with production line,use appropriate modification of idle workshop,on the one hand can shorten the construction period,reduce downtime losses,on the other hand can reduce the investment.This paper studies the project management of the relocation process of Shanghai power station auxiliary plant,a labor-intensive manufacturing enterprise.The relocation project of t Shanghai power station auxiliary equipment plant lasted nearly three years.During the early stage of the project and the implementation of the project,it encountered many difficulties,resulting in the slow progress of the project and the deviation from the plan.This paper first studied the first phase of the relocation project failure reason in detail,from the enterprise organization,the composition of the project team,stakeholders to analyze the causes of the deviation,and carries on the improvement.Project elements are analyzed by project stakeholder analysis and matrix management mode.Secondly,through the project management method,the management mode,risk management,stakeholder management,analysis and optimization of the auxiliary plant relocation plan are further improved.Thirdly,this paper uses hierarchical matching method to improve the relocation project design,the project production platform establish standards and specifications,defines delamination,matching relocation program,weights and ratings,and gives the relocation project elements importance of quantitative method.Finally,the research of this paper has been improved through the use of the relocation project of the auxiliary machinery factory,and the project management level has been improved and achieved good results.
