Research On Quality Mnagement Of BD Village Relocation Building Cnstruction Project

Along with the healthy and rapid development of our country’s economy,the development of new rural urbanization has entered a new era.Rural relocation has become an effective way to solve the serious problems of rural aging,lack of rural labor force,and non-intensive development of agriculture.The relocated house is the house built for the relocated residents to live in after relocation.Its construction is an important livelihood work,and the quality of the project directly affects the satisfaction of the relocated people to the local government.At present,BD Village relocation building construction project has completed the application,feasibility study,all kinds of permits and other aspects of the work,and carried out the bidding work,the design unit,construction contractor,supervision unit,equipment leasing,material suppliers and testing and inspection units of the project.According to the schedule,BD Village relocation building construction project will officially enter the construction preparation stage in the middle of May.In terms of project quality management,the construction unit has formulated a brief quality management plan and made certain arrangements for the future quality management work.However,due to the lack of quality management experience of the construction unit and the lack of quality management awareness and ability of relevant personnel,the current quality management plan is relatively rough.If this plan is used to guide the project construction,It will have a certain negative impact on the quality of the project.As a resettlement housing project,BD Village relocation building construction project has higher requirements for quality than general projects.If quality problems occur,it will not only deal a blow to the market reputation of the construction unit,but also cause a negative impact on the satisfaction of the relocation people to the government.Therefore,this paper takes BD Village relocation building project as the research object and studies its quality management from the perspective of the construction unit(Party A).First of all,after a brief introduction of the construction content,schedule,participating units and other project profiles,respectively from the construction preparation,construction implementation,acceptance and delivery of three stages,the quality management plan formulated by the construction unit is elaborated,on this basis,the use of literature analysis and Delphi method to carry out the project quality management factors identification.A total of 13 factors covering three stages such as construction preparation are identified.Secondly,based on the identification results of project quality management factors,the quality management factors are selected as evaluation indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to carry out quantitative evaluation of the current quality management scheme of BD Village relocation building construction project.The results show that the overall evaluation grade of the current scheme is general.It is found that the existing quality management plan of the project fails to cover the three stages,there are many quality management factors not taken into account,and some contents are not comprehensive or operable in thinking or measures.Thirdly,according to the evaluation results of the current quality management scheme of the project,the scheme in the construction preparation stage,the scheme in the construction implementation stage and the scheme in the acceptance and delivery stage are divided into three levels: general,good and poor.The corresponding optimization ideas are determined according to their levels,and the project quality management scheme is optimized.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the designated project quality management optimization scheme,the guarantee measures are put forward respectively from the three aspects of funds,personnel and system,so as to provide guarantee for the implementation of project quality management scheme,further enhance the implementation effect of quality management scheme,and realize the purpose of promoting the implementation of quality management scheme by system.
