Distributed Control System(DCS)is one of the mainstream option for industrial instrument and control system. This paper has studied the DCS I/O allocation problem caused by the mass signals utilized in large-scale industrial facilities such as nuclear power plants' DCS system, including the allocation principle, manual allocation process and its deficiencies. The study indicates the manual allocation process is low-effective,error-prone,and not optimized. In order to improve system safety, reduce engineering cost and improve system maintainability, this paper models the I/O allocation problem based on grouping algorithm and establishes evaluation indicators for allocation results. Then solves the grouping problem uses bisecting K-Means algorithm, with specific improvements in I/O allocation prolbems. The research result was then put into practice and achieved satisfying results. |
