Equipment Maintenance Plan Optimization And Critical Spare Parts Inventory Improvement Study Of Paint Shop In S Car Company

Now,manufacturing department of S company is confronted with a series of problems,such as unreasonable equipment maintenance plan and high cost of spare parts.Therefore,the research on the improvement of equipment maintenance management of manufacturing department has become the main target for S company to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.Based on the current problems of equipment maintenance,this paper takes weekly equipment maintenance plan arrangement and spare parts inventory management of manufacturing department of S company as the research object,and mainly carries out the research on optimal time arrangement scheme design of equipment maintenance plan and spare parts procurement scheme under the condition of uncertain demand.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)design the optimal schedule of equipment maintenance plan.This part mainly uses literature research method and empirical analysis method to analyze the problem of maintenance schedule of manufacturing equipment,establishes a simplified parameter model,uses improved genetic algorithm to design the optimal schedule of equipment maintenance,and reduces the time waste of equipment maintenance schedule.(2)study on spare parts procurement plan in the case of uncertain demand in paint shop.The research mainly adopts the equipment ABC classification method,analyzes the key spare parts commonly used by the paint shop in S company at present,and determines the large amount of capital and long inventory turnover time in its procurement.The principle of stochastic inventory decision-making is applied to improve the ordering points of spare parts,so as to reduce or eliminate the problem of shortage or excessive inventory proportion in the operation of equipment,improve inventory management,effectively improve the utilization rate of spare parts.The research on equipment maintenance management improvement of manufacturing department of S company is helpful for the company to adopt feasible maintenance plan arrangement,so as to effectively improve the company’s production efficiency,shorten equipment maintenance time and reduce the cost of spare parts in stock.At the same time,this research also has certain reference value for other domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises.
