F motor company is one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers,who entered China very early.Their core business includes designing,manufacturing and selling high-quality cars,SUVs,trucks and L-brand luxury vehicles,providing relevant after-sales services.F company has achieved long-term and stable growth since it entered China.However,at present,the China automotive industry is highly competitive.The vehicle sales price is maintained within a certain range,which is difficult to bring reliable market returns for company.Therefore,every automobile company is struggling to control their owned cost and improve overall profits.As an important part of vehicle cost,material cost,namely,the part procurement cost,has become a priority job of each automotive purchasing department.It is one of the decisive factors to decide whether a vehicle project can be launched on time,whether company can gain a favorable position in the market competition.Under the guidance of strategic management theory,this thesis combined with the latest automotive market situation in China,compared the procurement strategy of other automotive companies and F joint venture companies,explored the advantages and disadvantages of the company in electronic parts supplier selection strategy.Integrate theory into practice,comprehend theory in practice.Utilized SWOT approach to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of F company.Improved selection strategy to support the sustainable and healthy development of F company.By implementing optimized strategy,the company's supply chain efficiency has been significantly improved,the procurement cycle has been significantly shortened,the quality of suppliers has been significantly improved,which provides a favorable guarantee for the company to steadily promote the long-term planning of “speed up and cost reduction”.
