With the development of bus and network technology,the technology of test instruments is also developing quickly,and the new type LXI bus which based on the network technology is one of the representatives.LXI is LAN-based Extensions for Instrumentation,as the new technology of automated testing system,LXI Bus combined the mature industrial standards architecture with the test specifications,which expand the development of testing technology,and provides a much more concise,flexible,efficient,and low cost solution for engineers to build the new automated testing system.It was thought that LXI Bus is one of the main develop directions for test bus in the current and future period of time.And it was thought that the development of test equipment based on LXI bus is correct and forward-looking,which can meet the needs of increasingly complex test,both can also be the accumulation of bus technology.The content of this thesis analyzes the characters of LXI by designing to build one model of satellite ground electronic automated testing system which is based on LXI bus,and leads the LXI bus into the field of aerospace electronic equipment test.The module of this thesis take the LPC2300 of ARM7 as MCU,which provide a valuable experience for us to design another automated testing system by the design,validate and summarize process of this thesis.On the process of the thesis completed,at first,the thesis studies the advantages and research the status of LXI bus both domestic and foreign,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of test and measurement field of current test bus,and research the features and practicabilities of the mainstream commercial test equipments,combine with the requirement of automated testing in the Aerospace testing field,clarifies the objectives and directions of the studies.That is to build the network technology based on the LXI standards to meet the development of testing equipment based on commercial testing as a supplement to the automated testing system.The thesis proposes a scheme of self-development test equipment based on LXI bus,and designs the instrument and equipment conforming to the standard C of LXI.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the specific test equipments of LXI test equipment,puts forward the detailed design requirements,and has developed the overall design structure and program.Then,through the detailed design of the LXI test equipment,the thesis unified design and stereotype the hardware and software of the control part and the network communication part.Design and describe the specific functional interface circuits according to the actual use requirements of the functional modules.Finally,the debugging,verification and test result analysis of the LXI test equipment has been completed.The thesis analyzes the design of the test equipment,this thesis designed by the LXI test equipment meet the design requirements,and through analysis of the test results,the design of LXI test equipment meets the Class C of the LXI Specification needs.The thesis analyzes and summarizes the test result,and put forward plans for further research and improvement measures.
