The bridge crane is an important equipment for maintenance and hoisting of power station steam turbines.It is mainly used for the installation of steam turbines in the initial stage of power station construction.The working level of the whole machine is generally A3~A5.The bridge crane with the rated lifting capacity in the range of 80~130t is more suitable for the hoisting of the stator of the mainstream power station generator,and the market demand is more.This topic mainly reduces the height above the rail top as the entry point.By comparing several typical bridge crane main end beam connection forms,this paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the bridge crane in structural structure,processing and other aspects,combined with engineering application.A new form of connection of the main end beam of the bridge crane,trying to use the finite element analysis method such as Ansys to systematically analyze and calculate the main bearing parts of the main and end beams of the crane,and explore its design,processing and combination.Adaptability has certain research significance and value for improving quality level,improving product quality and improving market competitiveness.Aiming at the splitting characteristics of the main end beam structure and connection form and combining with the actual application of the engineering,the main application model of the bridge crane of the steam turbine room of the power station: QD130 t bridge crane is taken as the research object,and the specific use environment of the power station is deeply analyzed and studied.Under the stress conditions of the whole machine,the maximum shear force and bending moment of the main end beam are obtained,and the force of the cross-split flange bolt and the positioning key of the articulated end beam is calculated and analyzed;ANSYS Workbench performs structural static and dynamic analysis on the bridge frame,and obtains analysis results of deformation and stress,natural frequency and vibration mode,and provides data support for bridge machine structure optimization and improvement.It is made by analyzing the bridge crane with the main end beam bolt connection.The characteristics of the process,combined with the actual production,put forward the details of the craftsmanship of this type of bridge crane in the manufacture of the main end beam,the assembly of the bridge,the welding of the main beam end plate,etc.,and propose the production process in the scope of application and process.Cost,labor efficiency and other aspects have certain advantages.This paper studies and analyzes the new main end beam connection form of the transverse split flange of the articulated end beam,and performs structural static and dynamic calculations,based on the static and dynamic analysis process of the ANSYS Workbench structure,and The specific manufacturing process of the new main end beam connection form has reached great value for engineering application.The new main end beam connection form can effectively reduce the height above the rail top of the bridge crane,improve the applicable range,reduce the process cost,and has a good practical application value.
