As an indispensable construction tool,scaffolding has an important influence on efficiency of construction,safety of construction process and construction cost control.With the development of the construction industry,the scaffold has experienced long-term development and transformation,from the original wooden scaffold to various supporting systems now.Although there are many kinds of scaffolds at present and the research is also very sufficient,there are still some defects in scaffold products on the market,which need to be solved urgently.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current development status and existing problems of scaffold at home and abroad,a new type of self-locking tool scaffold is developed to solve the existing problems of mainstream scaffold at present.Through the analysis and study of common scaffold nodes,three new node forms were designed.After comparison,it is considered that the wedge keyway interpolation scheme has high coaxiality and can be regarded as rigid connection,which reduces the calculation length of the vertical bar,the maximum bending moment and deflection of horizontal bar,and is convenient for storage and transportation,this scheme is used as the node construction of self-locking tool scaffold,and the system design is carried out for the system's overall structure,node,vertical rod,horizontal rod,diagonal,device to prevent the loose,adjustable support,early removal prop head,edge support and so on,and on the basis of mechanics analysis,all the components were tested and verified,also the overall test on the operating conditions at the same time,the reliability of the system is verified.According to the design and construction features of self-locking tool scaffold and the actual requirements of construction site,the standard atlas of self-locking tool scaffold and the reference table of construction design were developed,and detailed construction plans were prepared for typical nodes,the machining quality assurance measures of self-locking tool scaffold are put forward.At the same time,the self-locking tool scaffold has been applied in the project of XINTIANDI,through detailed records in the application process and comparison with other scaffolding system,found that the self-locking tool scaffold simple operation,easy installation quality guarantee,low requirements for workers operating level,to speed up the process,improve the quality of support frame build-up,the bar light weight,less accessories,and good economic benefits,achieve the expected effect,obtained the owner's recognition and praise.Although the self-locking tool scaffold still needs to improve,however,its novel node design plays a significant role in improving construction efficiency,reducing technical requirements of operators and guaranteeing installation quality,in line with the low carbon environmental protection,convenient storage and transportation,it has remarkable economic and social benefits,it is a new choice of building construction after the scaffold system,such as the fastener scaffold,the bowl-buckled scaffold and the buckle scaffold.
