Research On Bus Station Design In The Perspective Of Urban Comprehensive Transpot Hub

With the rapid economic development and the rapid pace of urban economy,cities have higher requirements for transportation and hub nodes.Road transportation is the basic and service industry of national economy,whose development is related to the overall situation of China's economy and society.Automobile passenger transport is the main part of all road transportation for its flexible diversity,which plays a positive role in economic and social development The new integrated transport hub,which is more comprehensive and systematic,is forming on account of connecting with urban rail transit and other forms of transportations more easily.The construction of bus terminal can also promote the development of its surrounding areas even the whole city.The paper launched the system and in-depth research on the bus terminal which is one of the most important component of the new type of urban comprehensive transportation hub,and use methods of literature research,case studies,combining theory and practice of summary to discuss the development conditions of urban comprehensive transportation hub at home and abroad,and come out the research background,purpose and significance,reseairch scope,and research object.The paper summarized the changing of bus terminal's design concepts in the integrated transport hub in the middle size cities and research its design methods through representing the role and design content of bus terminal.The paper attempted to,from the perspective of comprehensive urban transport hub integration,put forward the main design methods and strategies and further expound the design strategy from four aspects of location and site selection,site layouts building design and traffic organization.Haxi bus terminal engineer project as a case study to be expounded from the four aspects of location and site selection,site layout,building design and traffic organization,which was put forward above,to confirm the proposed design strategy above.Under the perspective of urban comprehensive transportation hub,the research on city bus station design has double meaning of theory and practice,hoping consummate our country bus station design's related theory and provide theoretical reference in the future through the research on the design strategy.
