With the acceleration of the urbanization process,large-scale construction projects that cover a large site area and unify multiple subprojects have been increased.A complex transport system appears inside these construction sites and contributes to more safety risks.However,in the existing academic research,there is no practical method for guiding the temporary road layout and transport organization for large-scale construction site,which makes it difficult to cope with the problems of increasing traffic volume,interference between subprojects and unreasonable road planning.The purpose of this thesis is to establish a temporary road layout method for large construction site,and use transport safety risk assessment to guide the transport organization.Firstly,this thesis establishes a hierarchical road layout system,which combines integer planning models to establish the layout method for each road level.A preliminary evaluation framework is also suggested to improve the layout scheme.Secondly,in order to cope with changes in traffic demand during the construction process,this thesis establishes a dynamic road layout model.The quantification of cost and safety parameters provides a method for periodic adjustment.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of transport activities on each road section,this thesis establishes a transport safety risk assessment method applicable to the construction site.It assesses the safety risks from three aspects: traffic flow risk,road system risk,and environmental risk.The transport organization of each safety level are optimized by more targeted suggestions.Subsequently,this thesis uses the construction project of a large-scale tourist resort as a case to verify the feasibility of the established methods.The practical value is furtherly strengthened by scheme comparison and scenario analysis.The case study shows that the method has strong applicability in real projects.Compared with empirical methods,hierarchical road layout can improve the safety and efficiency performance,and the transport organization based on risk assessment can clearly identify the critical roads and risk factors.Based on actual demands,this thesis fully combines the theories of engineering management and urban transportation.It has certain application prospects and academic value.At the application level,this thesis can promote the traffic management of large-scale construction sites and improve the internal traffic problems.At the academic level,it can enrich the findings of site layout planning and construction transport organization,and can trigger more academic concerns on the traffic issues of special scenarios.
