The power user electric energyinformation acquisition system is an important part of intelligent power grid,and it is also an important guarantee to realize the standardization and unification of the intelligent power grid information acquisition system.Many real-time data collected hide the characteristics and behavior of different power users.How to excavate the power information and analyze the load characteristics and electricity behavior of power users has always been a hot topic in this field.A detailed study onthe power userelectricenergyinformation acquisition system,various kinds of power user load characteristics and residential power consumption behavior is carried out,and a foundation for power user load prediction and corresponding policy formulation is laid.First of all,the design ideas and logical framework of the electricity information acquisition system are discussed in detail.The different technical schemes is put forward and studiedfor the design of each logic layer,and is chosenaimed at the distribution and regional characteristics of the power users in this area.It provides basic data for load characteristic analysis of power users.Secondly,the load characteristic indexes are classified,and the calculation method and significance of each load characteristic index are introduced in detail.On the basis of the power acquisition data,the load characteristics of six types of power users,such as large dedicated transformer users,small and medium sized dedicated transformer users,low voltage three phase general industrial and commercial users,low voltage single-phase general industrial and commercial users,resident users,and public distribution transformer points,are analyzed,and the influence of the seasonal changes on the power load of the six types of power users is studied.Finally,the fuzzy C mean algorithm is used to cluster analysis of the residents,and the weighted centroid algorithm is used to select the typical resident users among all the residents,and the daily average load,the daily maximum and the minimum load of each typical users are obtained.The daily load rate,peak power consumption rate,power consumption rate and valley power consumption rate of typical users are calculated,and the potential of peak load transfer to the flat period and trough period is analyzed with the basic daily load curves of typical users.The characteristics of electricity consumption of various residents are analyzed from the perspective of electricity consumption type,load characteristics and peak load potential.Time sharing and layered tariff are put forward,and different power consumption strategies and response plans are formulated according to the potential of load regulation.The research on the behavioral characteristics of resident users' differential electricity use provides powerful data support for load regulation,staggering management,electricity price formulation,benefit analysis and so on.
