As an indispensable household appliance in modern life,washing machine has solved the labor and time for people to clean clothes greatly.Dryer for the purpose of drying clothes ensures that the clothes are quickly dried in cold winters and humid climates.At present,the most of washing machines and dryers in the market are two separate machines,and there is room for further improvement in automatic control.This requires the design of an intelligent laundry dryer integrated controller.Through fuzzy control,it can automatically identify the cloth quality,cloth quantity and pollution degree,automatically determine the water intake quantity,automatically input the appropriate detergent,automatically select the drying temperature,and realize the high intelligence of the washing and drying machine through the preset of the program.Save living space,liberate the labor of modern urban people,and make people use more time to enjoy life.First,design the overall solution of the intelligent washing and drying machin e controller.Analyze the design requirements,explain the functions and indicators to be realized,quantify the cloth quality,cloth volume,automatic identification of dirtiness and dirtiness,and explain the output value of the water intake,d etergent and drying temperature.Secondly,design the hardware module of the intelligent washing and drying machine controller.Including power module design,communication interface circuit design,signal detection conditioning circuit design,IPM module circuit de sign,Hall position signal conditioning circuit design,integrated washing and drying in hardware.Once again,design the software module of the smart washing and drying machine.The principle of fuzzy control technology is analyzed and analyzed.The membership function and the classical model of fuzzy control are analyzed and introduced.Through the theoretical research,the fuzzy control technology is comprehensively understood,the attributes and characteristics of the membership function are found out,and the requirements for different cloth laundry are realized.The requirements for different amount of laundry,the requirements for different soiling properties and degree of laundry,and the drying conditions under the influence of various factors.According to the fuzzy control model,the membership function of the input and output of the fuzzy control system of the washing machine is defined,the fuzzy control rule is defined,and the fuzzy control system of the washing and drying machine is calculated and simulated.For the parameter objects that need to be studied in this subject,the comparison is made,the parameter values are determined,and the feasibility and superiority of intelligent selection based on the automatically recognized parameter values are proved.Finally,through the prototype production and test analysis,it proves the validity and achievability of the intelligent control of the washing and drying machine.
