With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the urban rail transit system plays an increasingly important role in public transportation with its large capacity,high speed,punctuality,energy conservation and environmental protection.The operational disruption of urban rail transit system will increase passengers' travel delays,resulting in a large number of passengers stranded at the station,causing safety hazards,and timely emergency response measures are needed to evacuate and transport passengers.This paper studies the problems related to the feeder bus service after the sudden disruption of urban rail transit system,in order to control the impact of the sudden disruption with the help of buses on the ground and reduce passengers' travel delay.The causes of urban rail transit emergencies are analyzed,and the disruptions caused by emergencies are divided into single-point disruptions and multi-line disruptions.Based on the characteristics of flexible and convenient dispatching and high running speed,the bus is selected as the passenger evacuation tool after the sudden disruption of rail transit.And the emergency response strategies under the sudden disruption are summarized.The research on the remaining transportation capacity of the normal bus on the ground reveals that the passengers in the vicinity of the rail transit disruption can be used to evacuate some passengers,and the feeder bus scheduling costs which can be saved by this method is measured,and the feasibility is verified by actual case study.The passenger flow affected by the sudden disruption of urban rail transit is studied.By analyzing the changes of the number of passengers affected and the density of passengers stranded in the station after the sudden disruption,combined with the remaining transportation capacity of the normal bus on the ground,the starting condition of the feeder bus is determined.The passengers' flow demand after single-point and multi-line disruption is analyzed,and the types of feeder bus are divided into basic bus and supplementary bus,and the dispatching model of feeder bus is constructed.For the single-point disruption scenario,select the emergency plan that basic bus running along the interrupt interval,establish a scheduling model based on passengers' demand,and solved by genetic algorithm.For the multi-line disruption scenario,due to the large scope of influence and the complicated travel demand of passengers,it is considered to supplement the direct bus connecting the specific station on the basis of the basic connection bus along the disruption interval,taking into account the passengers' travel time cost.And the bus operation cost,establish a nonlinear optimization model to solve the scheduling scheme.The validity of the model and the sensitivity analysis of the parameters can be verified by case analysis,which can provide reference for the rail transit management department to formulate emergency plans and bus dispatching plans.
