Thanks to its huge capacity, punctuality and high level of informatization, urban rail transit is playing a more and more important role in urban public transport networks. However, the equipment failure, natural disasters,man-made accidents and other emergencies occurred in the process of operation would cause interruption of rail transit network. It will have a great impact on the normal travel of urban residents due to the dense passenger flow, closed space and relatively independent characteristics of rail transit. Therefore,in case of interruption in emergency of urban rail transit,it is necessary to make full use of flexible and convenient bus to connect to the interrupted rail transit network. It can meet the needs of passenger transportation and reduce the impact of emergency disruption on the urban public transport network. In case of interruption in emergency of urban rail transit, bus is selected as the emergency linkage mode of passenger transportation. In the paper we mainly research some relevant problems of making plan about the emergency bus.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the location of the interrupt interval and the status of the rail transit network, the interrupt events can be divided into three types: single-line part or full-line burst interrupt, network non-transfer station burst interval interrupt, and network transfer station burst interval interrupt. It is clear that the research object of this paper is the emergency public transport linkage scheme under the situation of sudden interruption of single-track rail transit,According to the actual impact of rail transit disruption on passenger travel path, the affected passenger flow is divided into completely affected passenger flow, partially affected passenger flow and unaffected passenger flow. The calculation methods of all kinds of affected passenger flow are given. The passenger flow demand by emergency bus is decided.2.Study the passenger flow demand of emergency public transport linkage under the sudden interruption of rail transit.Firstly, according to the actual impact of the rail transit interruption interval on passenger travel, the affected passenger flow is divided into fully affected passenger flow, part of the affected passenger flow and unaffected passenger flow, and the calculation methods of various affected passengers are given. Then, according to the passenger's choice, the passengers who gave up the rail transit were eliminated. Finally, the passenger's route selection behavior was described based on the cumulative prospect theory. The passenger flow demand of the emergency public transport was taken as the research object, and the rail transit-emergency bus composition was defined. The generalized travel cost impedance calculation method of the path uses the K short circuit algorithm to search for the feasible path, and establishes the path selection model for the passengers under the sudden interruption of the rail transit,Thereby determining the passenger flow of emergency bus linkage.3.To study the emergency bus linkage line plan for urban rail transit sudden interruption events, firstly, according to the principle of emergency bus station selection, the first and last station alternative sets are determined, and then several emergency bus route schemes are analyzed.Considering the shuttle time of the overall transferring passenger flow, the vehicle utilization rate of the emergency bus,the passenger flow demand, the line characteristics, the site selection and other factors,Further, the route scheme of emergency bus line, stop scheme and vehicle configuration scheme are generated.4.Example analysis. It is assumed that a sudden interruption of the rail transit network occurs in a certain city, which causes a section of rail transit line to stop operation.Taking this as the background,an example is calculated to verify the effectiveness of the model established in this paper and the proposed algorithm.
