As a mode of transportation,urban rail transit has the characteristics of large capacity,high efficiency,space saving,economy,etc.In recent years,more and more cities have achieved remarkable results in the construction of rail transit,and cities with networked operations are becoming more and more important.Rail transit has a certain degree of vulnerability,and its proportion in the urban transportation network is increasing day by day.Once the rail transit network is interrupted,it will hit the city traffic greatly,and even cause the temporary interruption of the urban public transportation system,which will cause immeasurable consequences to the society.This paper studies the bus connection scheme based on the passenger transportation and connection problems after this phenomenon occurs and carries out the system design and design.First,combine the research status and related plans to summarize and classify rail transit interruption incidents,and summarize and analyze different classification conditions.Analyze and research the basic issues,basic departure frequency and departure interval settings of the customized bus connection plan.At the same time,combining the different travel behaviors of passengers,analyzing the behavior and purpose of the static passenger flow,combining the basic problems of bus dispatching,analyzing the conditions of the rail transit starting bus connection plan,and quantitatively analyzing the passenger flow and platform capacity restrictions in the necessary starting conditions.Summarize and analyze the connection types and procedures of planned and operated buses.Secondly,from the perspective of public transportation decision makers,considering bus operating costs,user travel costs,and departure losses,with the goal of minimizing the cost of loss caused by the interruption of passenger transport lines in the rail transit network,a public transportation system under the interruption of rail transit operations is constructed.Connection model.Based on the characteristics of the model,the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the model,and the inertia weight,velocity-displacement update formula,flight area settings and particles are adaptively improved based on the model proposed in the article.Through the visualized particle swarm fitness function,the improved strategy of particle swarm and the basic particle swarm algorithm are compared and analyzed.Use matlab programming to use the improved strategy particle swarm algorithm,basic particle swarm algorithm and optimization toolbox Optimization Tool to solve the bus connection plan,respectively from the route selection,the number of application vehicles,and the number of passengers on the through line.The pros and cons of the three algorithms are compared and analyzed by adding line length,passenger flow conditions of different lines and target costs.Finally,according to the improved model and algorithm,the article proposes a set of parameters adjustable,the concept and basic functions of the bus evacuation system that can be adjusted according to the real-time road conditions and the basic conditions of passenger flow.
