| As a new type of bus operation mode, flexible bus route dispatching is between demand-responsive and conventional bus.It can provide fast and efficient passenger service in sparse passenger areas or during peak periods of non-passenger flow.It is an important means to solve the poor quality of traditional bus service and low economic efficiency. As an innovative mode of structural reform of bus service side, flexible bus route dispatching can provide fast and efficient passenger service in sparse areas or in peak periods of non-passenger flow.More and more attention has been paid to it and it has been popularized and applied. However, the current research on flexible bus routing is mostly limited to the absolute waiting time, and does not consider the perceived satisfaction of passengers in the experience service. In fact, the individual’s behavior is not entirely rational, but "bounded rationality".The passenger’s satisfaction with service depends on the relative value of the direction and degree of deviation between the perceived value of service and its relative psychological reference point. That is to say,the result of the perceived value is the passenger’s satisfaction level, while the "gain and loss" value function and the reference point theory in the prospect theory can help to improve the passenger’s satisfaction.Enough to link the perceived waiting time of passengers with their satisfaction with service. Therefore, this paper integrates the value function theory of prospect theory and flexible bus dispatching model quantitatively, and increases the objective function of business operation revenue, and launches the research on flexible bus dispatching based on passenger perceived value. This paper chooses the flexible bus operation mode with variable bus stops as the research object. This mode system includes two types of stations: fixed bus stops and reservation bus stops. It combines the reliability of bus reference stations with variable bus routes, and does not have to be constrained by the fixed bus stops schedule in the variable bus rules. It also takes full account of the number of passengers.Firstly, starting from the service characteristics of point deviation, this paper summarizes the service characteristics, organization process and application rules of point deviation, and compares it with different types of urban road passenger transport modes. At the same time,it analyses the connotation of passenger perceived value, and combines with the characteristics of point deviation, carries out the passenger waiting time perceived value and reference point.Through investigation and data analysis, this paper explores the influencing factors of the maximum detour time at the reference point of passenger travel time.Based on the above qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper defines the research problem of flexible bus system with variable stops, and establishes a two-stage bus dispatching model with passenger perceived value, enterprise operating income and unresponsive passenger penalty value as optimization objectives. The first stage is to generate the initial path according to the passenger reservation request, which belongs to the static scheduling problem. The objective function is to maximize the perceived travel time satisfaction of passengers, maximize the operating profit of enterprises and minimize the penalty value for non-responding passengers. The second stage is to consider the time constraints of all passengers comprehensively according to the real-time request information in the operation of vehicles, and increase the passenger stations by the objective function.Waiting time perception satisfaction is the largest, which provides a reasonable driving path for enterprises and passengers, balances the relationship between enterprise income and passenger satisfaction, and designs the corresponding genetic algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, the paper chooses 507 bus and its surrounding area in Tianfu New District of Chengdu as the research object, and carries out simulation analysis in two stages: static dispatching and dynamic real-time dispatching. It also compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of three modes of routine bus dispatching, absolute travel time minimization and passenger satisfaction-based dispatching, and verifies the model.Feasibility and effectiveness. |
