| Nowadays,electricity has become an indispensable part of industrial production and life,and the DC power supply is an important power supply equipment in substation system,which is playing an increasingly important role in substation.It not only plays an important role in the power system,but also plays an important role in the operation and control of electrical equipment,protection of electrical components,channels interruption,switch rejection and so on.Nowadays,automation degree of substation becomes more and more popular,unmanned substation gradually become mainstream,DC power supply equipment in the substation as well as the improvement of remote maintenance,security and stability to reduce labor intensity of workers,save DC system operational costs,improve the economic and social benefits are obvious important.At present,both at home and abroad,monitoring and maintenance of the DC power supply technology and the research and improvement of remote monitoring whose purpose is to make it more safe and stable operational,but based on the big data analysis technology which applied to the DC power supply,remote monitoring and operation evaluation,on-site monitoring and maintenance,etc.,is still in relatively simple fault display and data collection phase.It is impossible to truly reflect the safety situation of the equipment in the field,nor can it accurately judge the condition of the DC system,which pose a safety hazard to the safety operation of the substation system.In this paper,the composition of DC system in substation is analyzed and designed.Combining the scene operating environment and possible problems,the characteristics of battery pack and charger are analyzed.The internal resistance of battery and remote charge and discharge technology are studied.The function and components of DC system are analyzed,insulation monitoring methods and the reasons for the exchange into the DC system are studied.Regard to the huge amounts of data generated by substations,the Hadoop big data technology is first applied to analysis and research the substation DC system operating conditions.By analyzing the collected data,it is possible to predict potential failures such as battery performance and insulation monitoring,and provide a strong technical support for unmanned substation operation,operation and maintenance.Realize the accurate collection and analysis of various data of DC system in substation,regular storage and other functions;Remote charge and discharge and maintenance of DC battery pack and automatic report generation to improve battery operating efficiency;Dynamic capability assessment,fault prediction,status of DC equipment in substation evaluation and operational risk assessment,the establishment of a substation DC performance status diagnosis and fault prediction mechanism to enhance the management of DC operation and maintenance. |
