| With the rapid development of big data processing technology,it has also been widely used in intelligent substation monitoring systems.Traditional substations cannot reasonably store data and analyze large amounts of operating data generated by monitoring equipment,resulting in the loss of some useful equipment status information.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current traditional substations,this paper starts from the evaluation of the operation status of the secondary equipment of the smart substation,and realizes the status monitoring system of the secondary equipment of the smart substation based on Hadoop big data.The system uses Hadoop as the core,and uses the distributed storage system HDFS,the database-like Hbase and Hive to store the operating status information of the smart substation equipment.Use Kafka to monitor status data changes and Spark real-time calculation of equipment running status evaluation results.The system mainly completes the overall monitoring of the power of the smart substation,the overall distribution diagram of the smart substation,the monitoring of transformer operation,and the real-time monitoring of the operation status of the secondary equipment of the smart substation.Analyzed the three-layer and two-network system architecture of the smart substation,and studied the conceptual model of the overall monitoring of the secondary equipment of the smart substation.By analyzing the selection principles of secondary equipment evaluation indicators,the primary and secondary indicators for the state evaluation of secondary equipment in smart substations are determined.The fuzzy evaluation matrix of the secondary equipment of the smart substation is constructed by using the evaluation method of fuzzy theory,and the weight of the primary and secondary indicators of the secondary equipment is determined using the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is used to calculate the status of each state indicator.State score,and finally calculate the total operating score of the equipment,and determine the operating status of the secondary equipment based on the score.Analyzed the Hadoop big data ecological technology,including distributed file storage system HDFS,distributed parallel computing Map Reduce,Zookeeper distributed cluster management,cluster resource scheduling Yarn,Spark computing engine,and message subscription Kafka.Using Hadoop big data technology,designed a Hadoop-based intelligent substation secondary equipment status monitoring platform architecture.A big data technology platform was built,including virtual machine configuration,node resource allocation,and node data information flow trend.Combined with the actual engineering application background,the Hadoop-based intelligent substation visual monitoring system is realized,and the intelligent terminal,merging unit,protection and monitoring device and other equipment of the intelligent substation are monitored and analyzed. |
