With the continuous development of social economy,the safe and reliable operation of the power grid has gradually become the focus of attention.However,in today's power grid,the role of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is becoming more and more prominent.It consists of circuit breakers,isolating switches,grounding switches,transformers,lightning arresters,bus bars,connecting pieces and outgoing terminals,all of which are enclosed in metal grounded enclosures and filled with SF6(sulfur hexafluoride)gas with excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium,so it is also called SF6 fully enclosed combined electrical appliances.If there is poor insulation and other phenomena in GIS,it will easily lead to serious power grid accidents.Power outages and maintenance will not only waste a lot of manpower and material resources,but also cause adverse effects on society.It is very important to study and analyze the principle of current commonly used charging detection technologies(such as ultra-high frequency partial discharge detection,ultrasonic partial discharge detection,SF6 decomposition product detection,SF6 micro-water detection)and their application in the charging detection technology.At present,the main detection methods in partial discharge are ultra-high frequency and ultrasonic partial discharge detection.This article first analyzes the structure and principle of the combination,the running characteristics of the combination electric combination for the fault lookup and provide theoretical basis for processing,at the same time,widely used in today's power grid state overhaul of carding process,as an important part of grid combination,combination of electric equipment state overhaul is very important,from the collection of state information,state evaluation,finally,the combination of comprehensive state overhaul.On the basis of the classic partial discharge positioning method,a new method combining uhf and ultrasonic localization is applied,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and positioning accuracy.Finally,a variety of live detection methods are used for comprehensive diagnosis verification.Finally,through a live detection example of Liaoyang Power Supply Company,combined with the fault instance,the preventive measures for the internal faults of the combined electrical equipment are briefly analyzed,and the application of various charged detection methods in the live detection of combined electrical equipment is comprehensively analyzed to verify the UHF.The utility of ultrasonic partial discharge detection and SF6 decomposition product detection technology.Applying the detection method introduced in this paper,the safety hazard of the combined electrical appliance is eliminated in time,the safe and stable operation of the power grid in Liaoyang is guaranteed,and accumulated rich experience for the further implementation of live detection.For the prevention of internal faults of combined electrical appliances,it is necessary to establish a sound equipment acceptance mechanism and use various technical means to strengthen the GIS equipment state diagnosis,and reduce the hidden troubles of the internal faults of the combined electrical appliances.
