In recent years,capillary radiation air conditioning system has been developed rapidly.However,during the summer operation,it is easy to show the problems of increasing indoor air humidity and condensation.As one of the important parameters of air conditioning,humidity has an important influence on people's physical health,life and production.In this paper,firstly,the heat and wet source of the simulated room are calculated starting with the indoor dehumidification to solve the condensation.Using Airpak simulation software,the physical model of simulated room was built,and boundary conditions were set up;the indoor heat and wet environment of rotary wheel dehumidification fresh air combined with capillary radiation system was studied,analyzed the change regularity of indoor temperature and humidity under the different influence factors such as temperature,humidity and quantity of fresh air,temperature of capillary water,the indoor number of people and condensation of the capillary surface.Secondly,built up a test bench of rotary wheel dehumidification fresh air combined with capillary radiation system;designed the monitoring system using Siemens PLC programming software and Win CC configuration software,realized the function of data real-time collection and storage.Using the test bench,dehumidification performance experiment of rotary wheel dehumidification fresh air system was finished,studied the influence of wheel regeneration temperature,air inlet temperature and chilled water temperature on dehumidification performance.Capillary radiation system running alone experiment and rotary wheel dehumidification fresh air combined with capillary radiation system running experiment were completed,analyzed the indoor air temperature,humidity and condensation,and analyzed comparatively the experimental results and simulation results.Finally,the principle of PID control,ant colony algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm were introduced.Indoor temperature model transfer function and indoor humidity model transfer function were calculated using the response curve method.Using Matlab/Simulink software,ant colony algorithm for optimal setting of PID parameters was completed,fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed and transfer function models of indoor temperature,humidity were set up,contrast analyzed the control effect of PID control algorithm,ant colony optimization PID algorithm,ant colony fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm for temperature and humidity.
