With the growing prosperity of bridge construction in China,the problem of management and maintenance of existing bridges becomes more and more urgent.The traditional means of bridge management and maintenance have not been enough to meet the requirements of modern fast pace.It takes a lot of manpower and material resources,and the lag of the result has great influence on the economy and people's safety of modern China.How to establish an efficient and safe bridge on-line monitoring system based on new technology is an urgent problem for bridge researchers and cities in China.At present,in the construction of the monitoring system,the selection and distribution of sensors,the data transmission of Internet technology,and the analysis of the data with theoretical analysis methods are important key links,which must be controlled scientifically and effectively so as to reach the efficient on-line monitoring system for bridges Improve the efficiency of bridge management and maintenance.Based on the characteristics of urban bridges in Zhuzhou City,this paper responds to the call of “Smart Zhuzhou” to study the design and development of bridge online monitoring system,and how to control the key links of Zhuzhou City Bridge in the aspect of bridge monitoring system,The sensor selection and monitoring items are described in detail,the central database is established,and the design and research of data storage and processing can be realized.The existing network related technologies and related hardware devices are used to achieve high efficiency and accuracy.This is not the traditional management and maintenance model.In this paper,it designs a set of bridge inspection system to meet the requirements of bridge maintenance in Zhuzhou City.In addition to the traditional daily inspection,it also designs a mobile patrol system with modern mobile equipment.Two-pronged approach and achieve fast and accurate patrol tasks on mobile devices,GPS navigation,positioning,photographing and video are used on mobile devices to assist in the inspection work,providing high-quality data for bridge maintenance and decision-making,truly meeting the requirements of reliability and accuracy.In order to solve the problem of the lag of the traditional management model of Zhuzhou City,this paper proposes a set of four-level early warning system.According to the characteristics of Zhuzhou City Bridge and its environment,combined with the characteristics of real-time,automation and sensitivity of early warning,reasonably set the warning threshold of each risk factor to meet the requirements of timely,accurate and safe early warning system.Achieve multiple indicators and multiple levels of early warning system.The early warning process has been optimized to provide a more effective basis for the management and maintenance of the bridge.At the same time,it has obtained sufficient time for relevant personnel to make relevant decisions and management of the bridge,which can effectively reduce property damage.
