With the rapid development of the construction industry in China,the building structure is becoming larger and more complex,so the health condition of the building structure is becoming more and more important.In order to strengthen the health monitoring of the structure,a monitoring system,which is easy to understand and manage should be explored.BIM has strong ability of visualization and information integration.By combining BIM with health monitoring can provide a good expression environment for monitoring information,and improve the interaction between monitoring information and BIM model.The visualization of monitoring information based on Revit is studied.The BIM based modeling software Revit is chosen as the development platform.C# programming language combined with Revit API is adopted to develop visualization and early warning plug-in,improving the interaction between monitoring information and BIM models.Three function modules are developed,which are original data management,information analysis and information transmission.Data checking,automatic alarm,monitoring curve viewing and mail sending are realized.This method is applied on an experiment on fatigue test of concrete simply-supported beam and the effective of this method is verified.The method of monitoring information integrated management based on database is studied.In view of the low efficiency of mass data management in health monitoring,analysis of existing data storage and management of health monitoring process,using the New Orleans method analysis,from the monitoring information needs concept structure design,logic structure design and physical structure design of monitoring database design.The C# language and SQL Server database is used to develop integrated management information platform based on database.Three function modules are developed,which are data management,document management and database backstage management.Data increases,deletions and modifications,document research,database backup and restore are realized.The BIM based visualization and early warning plug-in and data management platform are applied on Gexian bridge,the bridge and sensor models are created by using Revit.Data checking,automatic alarm,monitoring curve checking and data management are realized,which verifies the usability and practicability of this methods in engineering projects.
