In the construction of underground powerhouses, the rock-bolted crane beam has the advantages of reducing the excavation span, thus obtain an early access to transportation within the cavern and accelerate the construction progress, saving investment. The rock-bolted crane beam uses many assumptions as the basis of the design in the design calculation process. In order to ensure the safety of the crane beam during operation, various assumptions usually make it design more secure, which will result in a great safety of the crane beam system. The surplus makes the project volume increase and the waste of resources. In order to facilitate the construction of the project, there is a traffic tunnel below the crane girder that assists in construction. There is almost no such regulation in the existing regulations. For the construction of traffic tunnel linings, the reinforcement of crane girders completely depends on the engineering experience of the designer and the constructor, and the design and construction lack scientificity. In this paper, the actual project of the underground-house of the Yellow River Project of Shanxi Province is combined. The main research objects are the standard section rock anchor beam and the non-standard crane beam which have a traffic tunnel below.Simulation of Surrounding Rock with Mohr-Coulomb Elastoplastic Constitutive Model, simulates the beam body with the ideal elasticity model, simulates the contact surface of the beam wall with the continuous medium model, simulates the anchor rod with a two-dimensional line element, and fully reflects the mutual influence of deformation between the crane beam, the surrounding rock and the anchor rod.And consider the process of rock excavation, crane girder construction and wheel loading on deformation. The stress and displacement characteristics of the rock bolted crane girder structural system and its surrounding rock masses were comprehensively analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various assumptions used in the calculation of the rock-bolted crane beam by various analytical methods were compared and analyzed.Comparing the differences in the force displacement characteristics of anchors, contact surfaces and rock walls between the rock-bolt crane beam and the non-standard crane beam, determine the different roles each structure plays in the two sections.Point out the problems existing in the design and construction of non-standard crane beams and propose corresponding optimization to provide theoretical basis for the design and construction of crane beams.
