The sales of Chinese commercial vehicles and the development trend of the logistics of commercial vehicles are increasing year by year, which brings huge growth space and good development opportunities for the logistics of commercial vehicle.A large number of vehicle logistics will have a huge cost and environmental pollution,in order to remain competitiveness in the market and the growth space, enterprises are under the pressure to control the logistics cost and achieve low-carbon transportation. Therefore,it is particularly important to effectively reduce logistics costs and achieve low-carbon transportation. As major carbon emissions, transportation industry consider the time and cost as goal now, which lack of consideration for carbon emissions.Combined with the comprehensive research of carbon emissions,it can meet the trend of development of low-carbon transportation. At present,as the main transportation in vehicle logistics, road transportation have disadvantages in cost, environment, safety, and a single mode of transportation is increasingly difficult to meet all aspects of the comprehensive requirements.Multimodal transport is an environmentally friendly new mode of transportation, which is an important mean of low-carbon transport. In addition, infrastructure and policy support of transport modes provide a favorable foundation and condition for the development of multimodal transport of vehicles logistics. Therefore, the multimodal transport path optimization is realized under the constraint of low-carbon,it can reduce logistics cost while considering the environmental impact, which is of great significance to the whole vehicle logistics industry. The paper takes the vehicle multimodal transportation as the research object, based on the theory and investigation, systematically analyzes current situation of commercial vehicle market, the relevant theory and current situation of vehicle logistics and vehicle multimodal transportation. Then,it describes the optimization problem of multimodal transport route of the commercial vehicles, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of carbon emissions and energy consumption of each mode, the paper introduces the calculation of carbon emissions, and the cost is done through a carbon tax. After analyzing factors influencing the transportation mode selection, the transportation cost, transit cost, penalty cost and risk cost are comprehensively considered and analyzed. On this basis,a multimodal transport path optimization model is constructed based on considering the carbon emission cost and logistics cost.Through the comparison of intelligent algorithm, the paper uses the applicable model of particle swarm optimization, and is improved according to the shortcomings of the particle swarm optimization,in the end,the model and algorithm are applied to the transportation of SAIC commercial vehicles.Through the calculation of MATLAB software, this paper gives a comparison of two calculation results, one is taking into account carbon emissions cost, the other is not take into account carbon emissions cost, moreover, through the analysis of the main parameters such as the carbon tax price and time window,in order to study the influences of node and mode of transportation selection, which verifies the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm.According to comparative calculation results, the relevant conclusions and suggestions are given, which provides certain reference to the vehicle logistics enterprises in the decision making of transportation scheme.
