| With the continuous development and progress of China’s economy,low-carbon economy and environmental protection have gradually become the trend of development,and carbon constraint policies are gradually approaching to people’s life.Such policies represented by carbon trading and carbon tax have affected the production and operation of various industries and enterprises.,according to the transportation industry is the fastest rising emissions of carbon dioxide industry in China,its average annual growth rate has reached 15%,is in urgent need of energy conservation and emissions reduction,focus on industry,multimodal transport mode can give full play to the advantages of each transport mode,can make a bigger contribution to energy conservation and emissions reduction,thus become the main development direction of the future of transportation industry.In the era of low carbon constraint policy and low carbon economic development,this paper takes multimodal transport as the main research object.Based on the analysis of the structure of multimodal transport network and the identification of carbon emission links,a measurement method of carbon dioxide emission in each link based on multimodal transport model is proposed.Based on the dual constraints of carbon emission and transportation time window,a path optimization model with cost control as the optimization objective and an improved genetic algorithm,NSGA-Ⅱ fast non-dominant sequencing genetic algorithm,were established.Then,a case study of vehicle dynamics control system(VDC)distribution to vehicle stabilization system(VSC)is carried out.Through sensitivity analysis of the main parameters such as carbon tax price and time window,the influence of different carbon tax price and time window on logistics cost,transfer node and transportation mode selection is studied.According to the research,there is a close relationship between carbon emission cost and node,as well as transportation mode;and the carbon tax price value will have a great impact on enterprise decision-making.If the value is low,the enterprise will not consider the emission problem too much in the development process,and the corresponding impact on transportation mode is also small.With the different time windows,the final results are also different.The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for improving the efficiency of multimodal transport organization and reducing carbon emissions. |
