Study On Urban Traffic Congestion Countermeasure And Essential Technolofy

With the development of the national economy and the urbanization process, the motor vehicle's amount and the traffic volume of our country grows rapidly. Especially in the big cities, traffic congestion, traffic energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by traffic congestion, have became one of the seriously urban sickness, and already became the bottleneck problem restrict the further development of national economy. And how to solve the urban traffic jam has became an important problem which must study at present.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of urban traffic jam and the congestion mechanisms; establishes the traffic congestion countermeasure system on the achievements of advanced experiences.Then, this paper studies the essential technology of urban traffic congestion from two aspects of macroscopic and the microscopic. On the macroscopic, this paper mainly study the configuration optimized technology of road network structure, the transportation structure optimization technology and the intelligent technology of transportation management; and put forward the rationality examination method of road network rank structure, the linear programming model of the transportation structure optimization, and carry on the research on the optimization strategy of transportation structure. On the microscopic, this paper studies the traffic flow operation optimization technology from the following aspects, such as the traffic volume average distribution technology, the traffic flow-split, the traffic continuous and the traffic volume reduced technology, etc.Finally, this paper applies the achievements on Nanchang, and proposed the rational countermeasure on the traffic congestion in big cities.
