Wind heating is a new high-efficiency technology of wind energy utilization,which has emerged in recent decades.Its principle is that wind energy can be directly converted into heat energy by using wind energy capture device,and can be directly used in greenhouses and residential buildings.In order to solve the key problems of wind heating,a stirring heating experiment system with six straight blade turbine blade as the mixing blade had been designed and built,to analyzing the temperature rise rate,stirring power and heating efficiency of different working fluids,and the computational fluid dynamics?CFD?technology was used to simulate the system,to seek an efficient mixing heating medium.The study using 17 kinds of stirring medium including water,46#hydraulic oil,used engine oil,paraffin oil,starch suspension,sand suspension,saturated NaCl solution,9%NaHCO3solution,1:2 mixing fluid of 46#hydraulic oil and water,1:1 mixing fluid of 46#hydraulic oil and water,2:1 mixing fluid of 46#hydraulic oil and water,1:2 mixing fluid of used engine oil and water,1:1 mixing fluid of used engine oil and water,2:1 mixing fluid of used engine oil and water,1:2 mixing fluid of paraffin oil and water,1:1 mixing fluid of paraffin oil and water,2:1 mixing fluid of paraffin oil and water.The main results are as follows:?1?Wind energy stirring heating device designed in this experiment is composed of frequency converter,three-phase asynchronous motor,speed and torque sensor,reducer,heater,and data collector.It has simple structure and stable operation,and can better simulate the stirring heating conditions under different wind speed.?2?In the range of 300500 r·min-1,the specific heat capacity,density and viscosity of different agitating working fluids affect its warming effect and heating effect.The temperature of the oil blending medium is higher than that of the water,but the heat efficiency is lower.The ratio of oil to water can increase the heating effect of stirring heating fluid.The heating efficiency of paraffin oil and water 1:1 is the highest,reaching 42.84%.The temperature rise is close to that of paraffin oil,and the heating efficiency is higher than that of paraffin oil and water.?3?CFD technology can better simulate the actual operational state of the internal heating heater.The use of different working fluids has an effect on the pressure and turbulence intensity of the stirring heater,and has little effect on the stirring speed.The calculated power of CFD is similar to the test power,indicating that the stirring heating device can be studied by CFD technology.
