Since the reform and opening up,the market economy has developed rapidly.Driven by the market,the growth of most domestic construction enterprises is almost rough,which has been covering up the drawbacks of their products with speed and output.Through nearly 40 years of development,the growth rate of construction output has begun to slow down,and the situation of fewer monks and fewer porridges has emerged.Construction enterprises win the tender at a low price and make profits through Jerry work and material reduction during construction,resulting in the quality can not be guaranteed,which seriously damages the reputation of enterprises,and belongs to non-benign development.Only by strengthening management and control,striving to create high-quality,low-cost products with high cost performance,can enterprises win market recognition.Only when efficient teams create high cost-effective products,can they lead enterprises to the market and obtain market profits.This paper takes the creation of efficient teams as the research object,using literature reading,experience summary and data analysis methods,and takes team management and performance management as two basic theories to explore and research.From the understanding of the development process of domestic construction enterprises and A company,and through my own research and exploration,according to the relevant knowledge of management,find out the main problems of the company team operation and conduct in-depth analysis,and then put forward some specific theoretical basis and programs to enhance the existing team comprehensive ability and build efficient teams.Based on the theory of team management and performance management,this paper takes Company A as a case study to explore its efficient team building ideas and programs.The first part of the paper describes the research background and significance of efficient team building,the situation of team building at home and abroad,research objects and methods,possible innovations and major shortcomings of this study.The second part combs the relevant theories of efficient team building to provide theoretical support for the research.The third part introduces the company's development history,current situation and A company's structure and operation mode.The fourth part evaluates the ability of A company's management team,expounds the main problems and analyses the reasons.The fifth part is about how to build an efficient management team to carry out the scheme design,focusing on communication channels,target determination process,clear authority and performance management.In the sixth part,in order to ensure the effect of the implementation of the plan,the guarantee of team building is discussed from the aspects of company system and environment.The seventh part summarizes and looks forward to the full text,hoping that this paper will play its due role in practice.The paper holds that the construction of efficient teams in enterprises needs to understand the history of the development of enterprises and the problems existing in enterprises,analyze the causes of the problems thoroughly,and then adjust the current situation of the enterprise team to suit the problems.It also considers the enterprise structure,operation mode,performance management and enterprise system thoroughly,so as to build an efficient team.
