| The fourth industrialization revolution has made digital transformation the focal point of global corporate transformation;product upgrade and knowledge iteration are becoming exceedingly fast;which further aggravated the intensified competition,making market environment unpredictable,and customer demand to be highly personalized.The manufacturing industry is a national pillar industry in China.The standardization of the traditional bureaucratic organizational structure and the management style of fragmented labor have gradually lost their original impacts in the current market.The market and competition have forced enterprises to have the abilities of faster market insight and respond quickly to customer responses.In addition to the correct strategy,flexible team and effective team building play a key role in its successful transformation.This thesis takes the traditional manufacturing enterprise H company’s product line team building as an example.First of all,on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign team building related research,the thesis makes an investigation on the development history of H company,human resource status,product line team implementation status.Secondly,under the guidance of efficient team theory,questionnaire and interview survey are designed to investigate the members of product line team and the relevant personnel of marketing system and platform system participating in product line team of H company,and analyze the existing problems of product line team in goal setting,member selection,ability training,communication and interaction,incentive assessment.Finally,according to the theory of goal setting and incentive,the thesis puts forward suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the product line,defines the group classification of different product lines and sets targeted goals,selects the group members by competitive recruitment,establishes the ability model and training system of the product line members,implements the division of different roles,authorization and communication system of the product line group,and improves the group evaluation and incentive system.And by the effective implementation of guarantee suggestions,such as reasonable allocation of resources,optimization of organizational structure and establishment of efficient team corporate culture,it promotes the efficient operation of product line team,and helps H company obtain sustainable competitive advantage in the new background of mobile Internet era.In this thesis,it takes H company’s product line team building as an example,with a detailed analysis of the company’s product line team building practical experience and shortcomings,and follows up with optimization and improvement proposals and implementation of safeguards to help H company solve the actual problems encountered in the current product line team building.This paper enriches the practice cases of traditional manufacturing team innovation and team building improvement.At the same time,it summarizes three different types of internal product line teams,regional sales teams and functional platform teams to improve the overall operation efficiency of the company through the triangular effective interactive communication mode.It is expected to provide some reference for the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry. |
