The sludge has the characteristics of high water content,high compressity and low shear strength.In actual engineering applications,the bearing capacity of the foundation is obviously insufficient,and it needs to be treated and strengthened.The traditional curing agents for sludge solidification are mainly cement and lime,but there are environmental problems such as high resource consumption and large amounts of CO2and dust.Soda residue is an industrial waste slag discharged during the process of producing soda ash by ammonia-soda method.At present,the domestic slag is mainly treated by local storage,polluting the surrounding environment and occupying land resources,which hinders the sustainable development of the economy.This paper mainly uses industrial waste such as soda residue and ground granulated blast furnace slag to replace the traditional curing agent,and uses the idea of“treating waste by waste”to solidify the sludge.The macroscopic and microscopic methods are combined to study the effect of soda residue and ground granulated blast furnace slag on the sludge.Provide theoretical basis and parameter support for industrial waste such as soda residue and ground granulated blast furnace slag as resource utilization of sludge solidifying agent.The research content of this paper includes:?1?The strength properties of the solidified soft soil.Carry out the test of shear strength and unconfined compress strength of soda residue-slag solidified sludge under different curing agent dosage and the change regulation of age conditions,and obtain shear strength,unconfined compress strength with curing agent dosage and curing age.?2?Consolidation and compression properties of the solidified soft soil.A one-dimensional consolidation compression test was carried out to study the effect of curing agent dosage and age on the consolidation and compression properties of solidified sludge,and the variation of consolidation coefficient,permeability coefficient with curing agent dosage and curing age was obtained.?3?The effect of chemical solution on strength.The erosion solution immersion test was carried out to study the appearance,size and strength of the solidified sludge under the conditions of the etching solution,and the influence mechanism of the etching solution on the solidified sludge was analyzed.?4?Study on the mechanism of sludge solidification.The pH,SEM and XRD tests were carried out,and the solidification test mechanism was used to analyze the solidification mechanism of alkali residue-slag on the sludge.
