The features of municipal sludge of poor physical and mechanical properties,high organic matter content and heavy metals.If it is not handled properly,it will not only occupy a lot of land resources,but pollutants in the sludge will also threaten people's health,production and life.The traditional curing agents for sludge solidification are mainly cement and lime,which have shortcomings of large resource consumption,low recycling rate,and increased costs.Soda residue is a solid waste material discharged from industrial alkali plant.It is mainly disposed by surface storage,which not only occupies a large amount of land resources,but also causes problems such as environmental pollution and suppression of economic development.Solidification/stabilization technology has been widely used for sludge pretreatment,but there is little research on solidified sludge with soda residue.Based on the idea of "treating waste by waste",the thesis uses soda residue and ground granulated blast furnace slag as solidified materials to solidify the sludge.To carry out experimental research on soda residue and ground granulated blast furnace slag solidified sludge.To provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for the engineering application of soda residue and ground granulated blast furnace slag solidified sludge as a landfill cover material.The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)To carry out the strength test of the solidified sludge.To study the strength properties of solidified sludge,and the change rule of unconfined compressive strength,failure strain and deformation modulus with the dosage of curing agent and curing age was analysis.Determine the solidification scheme meeting the strength requirements of landfill covering materials.(2)To carry out one-dimensional consolidation compression and other physical and chemical properties tests on the solidified sludge.To study the compression deformation properties of solidified sludge,and the change rule of compression coefficient and compression modulus with the dosage of solidifying agent and curing age was obtained.The organic matter content,capacity-increasing ratio and leaching toxicity of solidified sludge were tested.To discuss the effect of solidified sludge as landfill cover material on the landfill.(3)The hydraulic properties of solidified sludge.To carry out water retention rate,permeability and water resistance tests,study the change rule of water retention rate,permeability of solidified sludge with the dosage of curing agent and curing age.To study the change rule of appearance,height,diameter and unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge with curing age and soaking time.To discuss the suitability of solidified sludge as landfill cover material.
