With the vigorous development of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",aviation manufacturing industry has gradually entered an era of automation,digitalization and intelligence.Many traditional aircraft manufacturing modes have been difficult to meet the needs of high precision,high efficiency and high quality aircraft production.Aircraft level measurement is a key link in aircraft assembly and manufacturing.It directly reflects the overall assembly quality of aircraft.At present,the main methods of aircraft level measurement in domestic aviation manufacturing companies are: the traditional tool ruler matching theodolite and leveling instrument;and the level measurement method using high-precision measuring equipment such as laser tracker.Although the laser tracker has high measurement accuracy,the improvement of working efficiency is not very significant.In order to ensure the high precision calibration and high efficiency of aircraft level measurement,and reduce the workload of operators.This thesis presents an aircraft level measurement scheme based on iGPS and lidar.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Discussed the digital measurement technology and the research and development status of aircraft level measurement at home and abroad,explained the research purpose and significance of the subject in detail,and made in-depth analysis of the main research contents of the subject,and determined the technical indicators;(2)The composition and principle of lidar measurement system and iGPS measurement system are studied,and the coordinate fusion mathematical model based on the two measurement systems is established.(3)The mathematical models of coordinate transformation and aircraft digital leveling are established.(4)The aircraft level measurement scheme is designed in detail,and the layout of the measurement system and the level measurement process are analyzed and planned in depth.(5)Horizontal measurement experiment and experimental results analysis of the measurement system are carried out.The measurement scheme and method have been successfully applied in the digital measurement of a certain type of aircraft.The related measurement and quality monitoring technology is of great value to the digital measurement of aircraft.
