Aircraft level measurement is a key link to ensure the aircraft assembly structure,and it directly reflects the overall assembly quality of the aircraft.According to traditional technology,aircraft level measurement points are generally made of blunt points on the surface of the aircraft skin,or specific rivets are used,and level measurement generally uses theodolite,level,etc.to perform the measurement.With the continuous innovation of aircraft design and manufacturing technology,composite materials are widely used in aircraft manufacturing,causing the traditional horizontal dot-making process to be unable to adapt to the characteristics of new materials;At the same time,in order to meet certain special performance requirements,it is also necessary to cover the surface of the aircraft with a coating so that the features of the level points that have been printed are covered,and the covered points need to be reproduced in the level measurement;In order to better protect the surface coating,it is required not to touch the surface during the measurement.The original level measurement equipment can no longer meet the requirements of non-contact,high-precision,and high-efficiency level measurement.Research on new aircraft level measurement methods and measurement equipment is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Through image positioning technology to guide the aiming fine-tuning mechanism of the projector to realize the coincidence of the light spot and the horizontal point characteristics,to achieve automatic aiming during the horizontal point measurement;Digital industrial photogrammetry technology has a wide range of applications in large-size measurement due to its high measurement accuracy,high efficiency,wide application environment,and non-contact characteristics.Based on the digital industrial photogrammetry technology,the projected optical target is used to reproduce the horizontal point characteristics,so as to realize the non-contact measurement of the aircraft horizontal point.The paper designed and developed an automatic optical projector,The laser is used to project the point features onto the surface of the aircraft,and the camera in the point projector acquires the image of the laser spot and the horizontal point features,And through the digital industrial photogrammetry system to measure the spot position in real time,guide the fine-tuning mechanism of the projector to move to the specified space point,so as to realize the reproduction of the covered horizontal point.
