In order to improve the performance of the virtual verification platform of airborne software,Simics,a whole system simulator from WindRiver,is used as a tool,Taking the CPU board of dual-processor flight control computer as the research object,the factors affecting the performance of the virtual verification platform are studied and analyzed.According to the results,Two methods of parallel simulation and lightweight modeling are proposed to improve the real-time performance of the digital model,and a redundant digital model of flight control computer system is built to verify the effectiveness of the methods.Firstly,several commonly used digital simulation tools are compared.After comprehensive consideration of the target platform,resource richness and usability,Simics is finally selected as the research tool,and a series of mechanisms for accelerating model development provided in the Simics are further studied.Subsequently,the factors affecting the performance of the digital model are analyzed.In order to make full use of the host computer,a parallel simulation method is proposed to accelerate the performance of the digital model.At the same time,the idea of using lightweight modeling to cut down the scale of the digital model is put forward to improve the operation efficiency of the digital model.Then,in order to verify the validity of the parallel simulation and lightweight modeling for improving the efficiency of the digital model,and building redundancy digital model of the flight control computer system,the double CPU processor board of functional requirements and non-functional requirements are studied and analyzed,and the digital model of double CPU processor board is reconstructed according to the methods of parallel simulation and lightweight modeling.Finally,after verifying the function completeness of the digital model of dual-processor CPU board after reconstruction,the actual performance of the digital model under different operating states is compared and tested based on the digital model of the redundant flight control computer system.The results show that,after the reconstruction of the CPU board digital model by lightweight modeling,the performance of the model is about 27%better than that of the original model.On the basis of lightweight reconstruction,the performance of the digital model simulated parallelly is improved by 80%~85%;the performance of the digital model is improved obviously.The airborne software virtualization verification platform makes the software verification work get rid of the dependence on the hardware,but the poor performance of the virtual verification platform limits the further application of the digital model.The research about the real-time of digital model based on the double CPU processor board,under the premise of guarantee the completeness of virtual verification platform’s function,proposes the feasibility methods to improve the performance of digital model,it is advantageous for the digital model’s further extension of application scenarios.
