In order to meet the development needs of the smart grid and realize a new model of “Big-Centralized Control”,Jiangxi Electric Power Company vigorously promotes unattended substations.In order to realize the remote operation of the equipment in the traditional substation,Nanchang Power Supply Company successively carried out the comprehensive renovation of the substation under its jurisdiction in 2012.By 2015,the substations have basically realized the function of “four remotes”(telemetry,remote control,remote regulating,remote signalling).With the advancement of unattended substation,the “remote viewing” function of remote monitoring of substations through the monitoring center is also indispensable.At the same time,it is very important to ensure the security of the substation,the fire alarm and to realize the information monitoring on operating environment of the equipment,the temperature and humidity sensors,the water immersion probe and other environmental monitoring equipment,the air conditioning system and the water supply and drainage system and other auxiliary subsystems.However,these subsystems mostly operate independently,which not only brings inconvenience to the maintenance and management of unattended substations,but also brings a lot of workload to the supervisors in the monitoring center.It is the most effective solution on the cost saving and efficiency improvement in the promoting of unattended work of the substation to comprehensively transform the substation’s existing auxiliary subsystems.This paper first elaborates the research status of the dynamic environment monitoring system of domestic and foreign substations,analyzes the status and requirements of the dynamic environment monitoring system in Nanchang power grid,combined with the actual situation of Nanchang power grid,carries out the overall design of the dynamic environment monitoring system of substations,whose overall architecture consists of station end system,transmission network and master station.Then,taking the 220 kV substation of Nanchang power grid as an example,this paper constructs a dynamic environment monitoring system based on the new new vision micro NVMS-2000 platform software,and achieves video monitoring,alarm signal control,environmental monitoring,heating,ventilation and air conditioning control,water pump control,remote lighting control,centralized protection and removal,access monitoring,and other multi-functional control functions,which meets the needs of the unattended mode of substations.
