In March 2015,the promulgation of “Zhongfa No.9 Document” marked the official launch of a new round of power reform in China,especially in the electric power reform document to establish an auxiliary service market.Reserve service is an important link to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system in the power market environment.It is of great significance to study the transaction of reserve service market.Reserve service is an important form of ancillary service.At the same time,users interrupt the load at peak time of power grid,which can be used as another form of reserve.Therefore,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the reserve ancillary service.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,an in-depth analysis of the whole process of interruptible load(IL)participation in the market was carried out.The contents of the analysis include the cost,benefit of interruptible load and the participation of interruptible users in demand side response.Based on the analysis,the pricing method of interruptible load is given,and the transaction model of interruptible load is established.Then this paper discusses the reserve service market,and analyses the liquidation process of transactions under two settlement modes.The two settlement modes are the reserve ancillary service paying the price according to the unified clearing price and the reserve ancillary service paying the price according to the quotation.Aiming at the problem that the power producers earn excess profit by bidding high electricity price at low capacity price,a method based on the double comparison optimization of the whale algorithm to determine the optimal adjustment factor is proposed.Firstly,a model aiming at minimizing the purchase cost of the grid is established,and the adjustment factor is used in the model to constrain the situation that the electricity price is too high.When the power producer participates in the market bidding,the double comparison method is used to sort the expenses of different quantity units under the reserve capacity,and the optimal unit combination is the winning unit.Then,through theexample of three different standby calls,the model is simulated by the bird swarm algorithm and the obtained optimal adjustment factor value is substituted into the settlement of the reserve service.The results show that after adding the adjustment factor,the total cost of purchasing reserve can be reduced,which verifies the effectiveness of the method and has certain feasibility.The user's demand side interruptible load is a special form of reserve to participate in the transaction of reserve market.Based on the minimum cost purchase model on the power generation side,we establish a transaction model considering interruptible user participation.By using the bird swarm algorithm to solve the model,the optimal allocation of reserve capacity at the generation side and the demand side is solved,which provides a reference for the reserve market trading mode.
