In this thesis,the power synthesis device of the parallel HEV – WW type differential gear train as the research object,respectively from the steady state characteristics,type selection and collocation,transient efficiency characteristics,dynamic modeling simulation and experimental research,etc.,the overall theoretical analysis and experimental verification on the differential gear train,provide theoretical and experimental support for the practical engineering application of synthesizer power.Firstly,the steady state characteristics of the differential gear train to conduct a comprehensive and overall analysis,thus establishing the relationship of input/output component ratio,torque,power relations,and criteria of power flow.On this basis,the analysis of the differential gear train under the condition of different input and output rotational speed and torque of sensitivity,and the node power method and the meshing power method is used to draw the steady-state efficiency formula of double input and single input,and then get the best efficiency section selection coefficient range,coupled with the sensitivity of the power synthesis to get selection and collocation scheme,provide theoretical basis for the design and application of the differential gear train.Secondly,based on the concept of instantaneous radius of curvature,the method of using moment balance analysis of instantaneous efficiency of the differential gear train,thus draws the best efficiency coupling point and exit points of the power synthesis.And Lagrange equation,respectively,set up system dynamics equations of double input and single input and simulation by MATLAB/SIMULINK,provide theoretical basis for dynamic synthesizer control scheme.Finally,the different selection coefficient of WW differential gear train is set up on the gear train combination and structure analysis test bench,and obtained the test data under different rotational speed,torque,so as to verify the correctness of the efficiency formula,type selection and collocation,and the rotational speed and torque sensitivity.
