Study On Living Space Design Strategy Of Rural Complex

With the development of urbanization,the development of rural areas has gradually appeared the trend of insufficient development motivation and uneven flow of factors of production.In line with the structural reform of agricultural supply side and based on the beautiful countryside and modern agriculture,a sustainable rural comprehensive development model of agriculture experience,culture,leisure,tourism,and other industries is developed,"idyllic complex" has become the general trend,"adapt to the local ecological environment,industrial environment and cultural environment characteristics and stimulate its vitality."From the perspective of architecture to the study of the idyllic complex is a certain limitation,rural farmland landscape,animal husbandry farming is more of a natural state of development,human intervention is less.On the basis of respecting the characteristics of rural production and labor,such as idyllic landscape and farming and farming,this paper studies more of the design of industrial area construction,such as country houses,idyllic tourism experience area,etc.,which often ignores the optimal design of the village itself as an important part of the idyllic complex.The development of idyllic complex,the feedback of villager’s life and the relationship between the interaction and influence of the existing living space environment deserve more attention and reflection.Under the theory of rural space system,the space of idyllic complex countryside can be divided into production space,living space and ecological space,living space closely related to human life,as the main body of rural life is often neglected,and in line with the cooperative development of rural idyllic complex,put forward a new functional demand and place connotation to its living space.Therefore,this paper focuses on the living space of the idyllic complex,and studies the Adaptive Evolution and optimization design of the idyllic complex in the living space.Taking Dalian Chengxi Village under the development of idyllic complex as an example,this paper relies on the idyllic complex planning and design project of Chengxi Village Development plan,and through many field research,combs and summarizes the distribution,morphological status,spatial composition and regional characteristics of the living space in the West Village.Secondly,under the premise of the related concepts and related design ideas of idyllic complex,this paper analyzes the influence from three aspects,such as the conflict and integration of modern and traditional,the transformation of production and life mode,and the transformation of functional space,from the aspects of the transformation of natural geography factors and political environmental factors and life production mode,and the life,production and the influence of ecological space interface penetration and the inheritance of traditional local culture are analyzed,and the theoretical basis for the study of optimal design of living space is put forward.Then,the trend of the evolution and development of the living space in Chengxi village is combed,and the trend of spatial development together with the development of the rural complex is summarized,and the living space of the idyllic complex presents the development trend of space diversification,configuration perfection,layout aggregation,ecological science and technology,compounding,and summarizes the types of living space of the idyllic complex.Finally,according to the traditional residential type,residence experience,industrial combination of living space,street space,public communication space,such as five kinds of spatial types of systematic research,combined with site construction,residential demand changes,spiritual needs and other factors for design thinking,explore the adaptation of the background of the idyllic complex living space design strategy and guidelines,Starting from the humanistic thought,it provides the driving force for the sustainable Development of the rural industry and the construction and upgrading of the idyllic complex,and puts forward the scientific optimization design strategy guideline for the living space,and leaves the preliminary research results and the reference of the design suggestion.
