| With the continuous expansion of the urbanization scale in our country,the rapid growth of the elderly population and the deepening of the aging population,the high density of urban space and the rural hollowing phenomenon,which at the present stage has highlighted the pension quality problem of the elderly in urban and rural areas,and urban pension resources are more intense,The demand of the elderly for multi-level and diversified pension model is also increasing.Under the guidance of the national rural revitalization strategy and targeted poverty alleviation,a series of policies have been released.At the same time,the state has issued many policies to support the characteristic health care industry.Driven by multiple policies,how to develop the characteristic elderly care industry in rural areas has attracted more and more attention.This also brings a new way out and a new model to the rural pension industry.The pension is no longer the single nursing model of urban nursing homes,but more about providing valuable,dignified,meaningful and interesting living space and lifestyle for the elderly.In this regard,the rural elderly care market also ushered in new industrial opportunities and renewal space,but also conducive to revitalizing the rural surplus labor force,promote the three industry employment of returning elderly care services.The thesis firstly starts with the background situation of our aging society,and discusses the support of national policies to the pension industry,thus extending the purpose and significance of the thesis research;Then the second chapter describes the relevant concepts of rural elderly living space in the rural complex in the central mountainous area of Shandong Province,as well as the classification and source of the main body of elderly care in the rural complex in the central mountainous area of Shandong Province,and defines the research direction of the thesis.The third chapter analyzes and compares the needs and current situation of rural old-age care in the central mountainous area of Shandong province to understand the needs of the elderly in rural old-age care,as well as the existing problems in the current situation of rural old-age care housing in the central mountainous area of Shandong Province,and then discusses the design objectives of rural old-age housing space in the rural complex of the central mountainous area of Shandong Province.In the fourth chapter of the thesis,from the aspects of optimizing the overall space,improving the supporting facilities of the elderly care industry and fine aging design of the living space,it explores the design strategy of the elderly care living space of the rural complex in central Shandong Province,and gives full play to its advantages and characteristics,and carries out the scheme design practice in combination with Liujiapo Village,the garden complex of Yihe River Source.At the end of the thesis,it summarizes the research on the design of rural residential space for the aged in the rural complex in the mountainous area of Shandong Province,and points out the main results of the research,the existing difficulties and the points to be optimized.Based on the research on the relevant policy background and current situation of rural elderly care housing space in rural complex in central Shandong Province,this thesis studies and explores the suitability of the development of rural elderly care industry in rural complex industrial mode,and summarizes the design idea of rural elderly care housing space in rural complex.At the same time,using the advantages of the pastoral complex industry to improve and optimize the rural elderly living space in the central mountainous area of Shandong Province,design a new form of business and a new paradigm of rural elderly living space under the new situation,and provide new strategies and practical experience for the rural transformation and urban-rural integration of the central mountainous area of Shandong Province. |
