| The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that the healthy development of rural space is an effective way to realize rural revitalization,and emphasized the construction of a coordinated rural spatial layout structure of "Production-Living-Ecology Space".However,disorder and imbalance problems in rural space layout are still existing,which lead to serious consequences.Rural land non-agricultural phenomenon and industrial disorder lead to limited production space.Population agedness and village emptiness lead to inconvenience of living space.Environmental pollution and lack of protection attention lead to the destruction of ecological space.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the essential characteristics,internal mechanism and development connotation of rural space layout,explore the coordination of "Production-Living-Ecology Space",and study the rural spatial layout aiming at "intensive and efficient production space,moderate living space and beautiful ecological space".This paper takes Xi’an countryside as the research object,and based on the concept of multi-disciplinary integration of "Production-Living-Ecology Space" coordination,explores the spatial problems at all levels of the countryside and their benign development ways.The paper hopes to expand the theoretical development of rural construction through the construction of rural spatial layout planning framework under the concept of "ProductionLiving-Ecology Space" coordination,and provide reference and guidance for the future development of rural areas in Xi’an.The full text can be divided into three parts and six chapters.The first part is about the origin of the study and basic research,which consists of two chapters.This part mainly elaborates the origin of the study,the significance of the topic selection and the definition of the concept,and summarizes the research progress,research content and research methods of rural space,so as to build a multi-dimensional theoretical framework of rural space research.The second part is a review and evaluation mechanism of the current situation of the department,which consists of two chapters.Through the investigation of natural ecological and social economic factors and the analysis of rural distribution and development types in Xi’an rural areas,it summarizes the current characteristics of rural space,and reveals the key points of rural space development through the analysis of driving and restricting factors.Then focus on the connotation and characteristics of "Production-Living-Ecology Space",summarize the land use object,function connotation and object characteristics,analyze the mechanism of system relationship,draw the core requirements,development essentials and technical path of space coordination.The evaluation and analysis model of comprehensive development level and coordination degree of rural space is constructed by using various data processing methods,and the comprehensive development level and coordination characteristics of rural space in Xi’an are obtained.The third part is the exploration of planning approach and practice,which consists of two chapters.The technical framework of rural spatial planning under urban and rural planning system is put forward.The rural spatial integration orientation,optimization strategy and coordination path in the dimension of "production-life-ecology" are put forward from the aspects of overall planning of urban areas,guidance of districts and counties,integration of town areas and promotion of villages.The implementation and management of rural spatial layout optimization are managed and controlled by improving the safeguard mechanism.Taking Yanliang District as an example,this paper puts forward feasible measures to optimize rural spatial layout from the county level,determines the operational path of village spatial optimization from the village level,and gives feedback and supplement to the optimization ideas under the concept of "Production-Living-Ecology Space". |
