Research On Traditional Vocabulary Of Rural Architecture Based On Prefabricated Assembly

With the continuous upgrading of China's economy,industry and living standards,on theone hand,China urgently needs to innovate the traditional extensive construction mode and improve the construction system.On the other hand,there are mature prefabricated building systems in advanced developed countries.In view of this situation,our country is also actively learning and learning from foreign prefabricated construction experience.The importance of rural construction is self-evident in our country.Solving the problem of extensive rural construction mode is the most important.After exploring,it is found that prefabricated assembly building is the ideal way to solve such problems.Therefore,China has issued a number of policies to support the industrialization of construction,including the development and implementation of prefabricated buildings,which have been carried out on a large scale in major cities and rural construction in China.But in the countryside,the construction of houses in batches also brings some problems.Through investigation and observation,it is found that industrialized rural architecture exists in the extensive mode nowadays: single architectural form,lack of traditional architectural features,weakening of regional architecture trend,which seriously affects the rural appearance and inheritance of architectural culture in China.In view of the above background,this paper intends to study how to properly use the traditional vocabulary of rural architecture in prefabricated assembly construction,so as to change the phenomenon of the lack of traditional vocabulary of rural architecture and the singleness of style and features.This study is divided into three parts,including five chapters.The first part(Chapter 1)elaborates the background,significance and research methods of the study,and makes a literature review,including the status quo of rural construction at home and abroad,the summary of existing achievements of prefabricated assembly construction development,and the summary of mainstream rural construction methods and systems.After comprehensively grasping the research results of the subject today,and through field research,this paper points out that there are some problems in our country's assembled rural housing,such as rapid development,single architectural style,lack of traditional features,and so on.However,there are few studies on this topic in our country,which is the significance of this study.The second part(Chapter 2 and Chapter 3)systematically analyses two aspects:assembly construction mode and traditional rural vocabulary.Traditional vocabulary is mainly aimed at the northern courtyard building vocabulary.Firstly,the second chapter analyses the mainstream design methods and construction system of assembled buildings,and points out the appropriate assembly system for rural construction,which provides technical support for the combination of assembled and traditional villages.The third chapter systematically collates the vocabulary of traditional rural buildings in different regions of China,explains the classification method and establishes the system,and applies this method to the northern courtyard buildings.Do in-depth research.Finally,a practical case is used to illustrate the contemporary design ideas of traditional components so as to make them conform to the characteristics of contemporary industrial production.The third part(the fourth and fifth chapters),the fourth chapter systematically studies how to prefabricate and assemble the traditional components of the courtyard buildings in the north,analyses the methods of transforming the traditional vocabulary into assembly vocabulary one by one,expounds the standardization and modularization methods,and establishes the component library to explain the specific size and connection methods,so as to lay the foundation for the concrete design and construction.In the fifth chapter,the above components are applied to the practical projects,and the new rural residential projects in Peiton,Dalian are assembled and tested to show the design results.
