With the continuous increase of domestic car ownership and vehicle age,China has ushered in the golden period of “post-car” market development.Along with the promotion of national strategies such as “Internet +” and “service-oriented manufacturing”,the concept and mode of car owners’ consumption have also changed.The business model of auto fast-repair chain has gradually attracted people’s attention.However,in the process of brand and scale development,China’s automobile fast-repair chain enterprises are faced with the problems of being difficult to become bigger and stronger and lacking famous brands.The reason is multi-faceted,and the reasonable location of the auto fast-repair chain system in the process of scale expansion is crucial to improving the competitiveness of enterprises and achieving sustainable and rapid development.The problem of location selection of the auto fast-repair chain system not only includes the chain store,but also includes the distribution center,and there is some synergy between the two.However,in the existing research,most of the decisions are made on the location of fast-repair chain stores or distribution centers,and there are not many research results considering the synergistic effect between the two.In addition,the demand characteristic of car owners in the location area is an important factor affecting the location decision of auto fast-repair chain stores.However,most previous researches assume the quantity demanded as a definite constant.Therefore,the above two questions will be the main research content of this paper.Firstly,the service demand of each auto fast-repair chain is calculated by considering the characteristic of regional demand.Due to the large number of demand points and uneven distribution,this paper divides the demand points based on the owner into regional demand that can reflect the demand characteristic of an area.By analyzing the demand characteristic of the owners in the area,the purchasing power and demand of the owners in the area are determined.And calculate the total demand of each auto fast-repair chain through the owner’s choice probability that is represented by the utility function.Secondly,establish a co-location model for the auto fast-repair chain system.Through the analysis of the various costs and benefits involved in the system site selection process,comprehensive consideration of the overall and individual economic benefits,with the minimum total investment cost of the enterprise and the maximum profit of the selected franchise chain stores as the goals,a co-location planning model considering the candidate chain stores and candidate distribution centers is established.Then,an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed co-location model,so as to obtain the location plan of the distribution center and chain store in the car fast-repair chain system.Finally,in order to facilitate decision-makers in the enterprise to make decisions on the location of the auto fast-repair chain system,based on the above research and the existing digital platform,a digital co-location assistance prototype system for auto fast-repair chain enterprises is designed and implemented in this paper.The research in this paper has a certain guiding significance for the site selection in the process of scale expansion of automobile fast-repair chain enterprises.The proposed approach can effectively reduce long-term operating costs,and the overall operation efficiency of the enterprise can be improved,so as to increase the customer’s stickiness to the enterprise and provide the competitive advantage of sustainable development for the enterprise.
