With the atmospheric environment and energy issues highlighted, many countries began to promulgate a variety of incentive policies to promote the electric vehicle industry, bringing the rapid increasement in the penetration of electric vehicles market. From the perspective of industrial support, planning and layout of charging facilities is full of new challenges. The public fast charging service is a main kind of charging service mode, good planning layout can effectively alleviate the mileage anxiety, improve service levels, save resources, reduce travel cost.Firstly clear the real travel data of pure electric vehicles to obtain valid data, analyse the characteristics of fast charging behavior. Then compare the parameter estimation results of duration model and linear regression model using Akaike information criterion (AIC), obtaining significant factors which affect prediction accuracy of fast charging duration. In the end, build a linear regression prediction model for fast charging time. On the basis of the actual data analysis, the microscopic dynamic simulation of more realistic charging behavior is well proposed. With the space and time constraints of the charging facilities layout, the dynamic simulation method is used to simulate the behavior of the travelers in the trip chain. Adjust the layout of charging stations and charging piles in the road network and compare the effect of different service levels on the optimal location of charging facilities.The average consumption time and average elapsed time are used as the evaluation indexs to obtain the optimal location layout results. The average charging time is basically not more than 8 minutes, demonstrating that fast charging service is convenient and quick. As the number of charging stations is constant, the optimal location sites will change when the charging pile quantity changes. If the amount of charging pile in road network is fixed, the service mode of multiple scattered small charging stations is better than service mode of a small amount of large charging stations, which can effectively reduce the average time consumption and the average elapsed time. Achieve the continuity of the layout of the planning and construction by adjusting the charging pile configuration number and adapt to the change of electric vehicle market penetration by appropriate adjustments of public charging station layout network. The article provides a reference for the location of public fast charging station.
