In recent years,with the development trend of high-speed and large-scale shipbuilding,the power of the ship's main engine is getting larger and larger,and the matching transmission shaft system is getting thicker and thicker,which leads to the ship propulsion shafting under actual operating conditions.It is also increasingly affected by factors such as shafting vibration,bearing oil film,propeller hydrodynamics and hull deformation.At present,the shafting alignment and load measurement of the shafting school calculation book are carried out under static conditions.However,in the actual navigation of the ship,the actual dynamic load of the propulsion shaft bearing is measured has a big difference with the static load under the current static conditions.The load measurement under static conditions and the alignment of the shaft system cannot always guarantee that the ship shafting in the running state is in a good state.Therefore,it is the key to solve the problem to study the bearing dynamic loa d of the ship shafting system under actual navigational operation.In order to study the dynamic load of the shafting,it is first necessary to study the field measurement method of the dynamic load of the bearing.This method also lays the foundation for the improvement of the shafting alignment algorithm and the improvement of the shafting installation quality.In this paper,the wireless remote control resistance strain value measuring equipment is used to build the measurement system of the ship shafting dynamic load according to the dynamic strain gauge method,and the load of each bearing in the ship during sea navigation is measured.Firstly,build a wireless remote-controlled strain acquisition device,rely on the strain data signal acquisition system,select the corresponding acquisition hardware equipment,and rationally plan the measurement steps;Secondly,combined with the digital signal processing technology,reduce the noise corresponding to the variable signal to improve the measurement accuracy;Finally,Based on the ship bearing structure installation characteristics?reasonable shaft alignment principle and structural mechanics knowledge,studied the dynamic load calculation method of the shaft system.The hybrid development of VB.NET and MATLAB is used to realize the secondary development of the shaft dynamic load measurement software.The reliability of the ship's shafting dynamic load measurement method is verified by the ship propulsion shafting test bench and the shipyard real ship test.
