| Electric energy is widely used in all aspects of life and production,and the contradiction between supply and demand of electric energy is prominent.This phenomenon is particularly serious in the poor environment of Tibet.Moreover,the phenomenon of electric energy loss is more common and the rate of electric energy loss is higher.In this case,it is of great practical significance to study the management of electric energy loss in the power supply system of high-energy-consuming enterprises in Tibet.This paper takes Tibet H Company as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the management of power loss in power supply system of Tibet H Company,and on the basis of collecting and sorting out the relevant data and data of the same kind of domestic and foreign power consumption enterprises in power supply system,it uses Fishbone Diagram analysis method to analyze the causes of power loss in Tibet H Company,and combines with hierarchical analysis.The key factors are determined by the analysis method,and the countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem of power loss of H company’s power supply system by the standard management method.The improvement is made from the aspects of personnel management organization structure,power safety management,modern management means,management process,inadequate application of new technology and technical transformation of equipment.Finally,the change of power loss index of Tibet H Company in recent one year is taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the above methods.The results of this study can effectively reduce the cost of electricity consumption and improve the production efficiency of Tibet H Company.The relevant management experience of power loss in the power supply system of Tibet H Company can also provide valuable research results for other power enterprises. |
