With the continuous progress of China's economy and technology,the scale of tunnel projects in China is constantly expanding,and long tunnels,high confining pressures,water gushing and gas tunnels are becoming more and more common.The tunnel project with more and more complex engineering conditions requires the continuous improvement of nanagement means,and risk management has become a more and more common topic in the tunnel project management.This paper studies the factor risk managecent of the whole process of tunnel project,which can provide the basis for the risk management of tunnel project.Based on the basic theory of fuzzy multiple analytic hierarchy process,this paper analyzes the risk mechanism of tunnel project,analyzes and calculates the risk factors in the construction stage of tunnel project,and provides the basis for the contractor's risk decision and conlrol.This paper classifies the risk factors in the tunnel project based on the specific tunnel project examples,analyzes and calculates each kind of risk factors,and obtains the corresponding warning level and warning value respectively,which provides reliable Suggestions for the risk management and control of the tunnel project.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the risk mechanism of tunnel project,and establishes the relationship between blasting index and multi-factors by using fuzzy multi-ffctor analytic hierarchy process for all blasting factors in tunnel construction.(2)Through the analysis of tunnel engineering project risk factors,it is concluded that the factors of uncertainty in the tunnel blasting construction project,and the relationship between various factors of uncertainty,the impact of uncertainty factors and indicators,the weight of each index on blasting effect of the uncertainty of the corresponding relation,which has increased the difficulty of the tunnel engineering risk management,in the tunnel project is unforeseeable,unavoidable and uncertainty of risk factors to develop certain risk handling measures.(3)Analyzed by project examples in tunnel engineering project contractor control risk decision problem,it is concluded that uncertainty factors on the influence degree of the tunnel project is bigger,also shows the percentage risk decision-making and control weight is bigger,rather than the degree of uncertainty,that is,people as a big factor on tunnel project is small,the influence of risk decision-making and control of the weight ratio is small.(4)People,objects,environment,technology and management of risk weighting,in turn,the management factor with the greatest weight,to some extent to the connotation of tunnel engineering project risk management,also reflected the management decision making and control in tunnel engineering,the importance of the project risk analysis in tunnel engineering project risk management should strengthen management,improve the efficiency of risk management.All kinds of risks of human,material,environment,technology and management are divided into warning levels,and risk prevention and control measures of each warning level are given.In tunnel engineering projects,the risk weight caused by unpredictable and uncertain factors is relatively large,so energy and time investment in risk management should be increased.
