On the basis of summarizing the existing research results and related basic theories of enterprise benchmarking management,this topic combines the characteristics of China's power design industry to build innovation capability,talent management,information management,corporate security,financial status,product quality,corporate strategy and The benchmarking management index system consisting of eight aspects,such as marketing,combined with the actual situation for analysis and evaluation,proposed improvement suggestions for the benchmark management evaluation model and optimization adjustment plan.The research of this subject has certain theoretical significance and practical application value for the long-term development of China's power design industry.This paper's main research contents and innovations are as follows:1)This paper summarizes and reviews the status quo and development of benchmarking management in electric power design industry,analyses the problems and deficiencies faced by the research on benchmarking management in china's electric power design industry,deeply analyses the significance and the development situation at home and abroad of benchmarking management in electric power design industry,and deeply understands the concept,connotation,functions,types and implementation steps of benchmarking management in electric power design industry.2)This paper adopts a comprehensive evaluation method combining direct expert weighting method and analytic hierarchy process to reflect the balance of each index to promote the management level of electric power design industry.The paper finally evaluates the benchmarking management system of electric power design industry and put forward measures and suggestion for improving various indexes.
