Research On The Strategy For The Renewal Planning Of Traditional Towns Based On The Concept Of City Betterment And Ecological Restoration

Since the reform and opening up,the process of urbanization in China has been advancing continuously.While making proud achievements,it has also produced many urban diseases which can not be ignored.Especially in traditional towns,there are more serious objective facts,such as the damage of traditional style,the lack of function,traffic congestion,and the ecological environment problems which caused by development and construction are more difficult to solve.In 2015,the " City Betterment and Ecological Restoration " proposed by the Central Urban Work Conference is aimed to handle these kind of urban problems,seeking the balanced of urban development and ecological environment,which provides a new perspective for the renewal of traditional towns under the new normal conditions.However,Chinese " City Betterment and Ecological Restoration " is still in its infancy in the field of traditional town’ s renewal with less theoretical research and practical experience.How to solve the problems of the town’s own development while dealing with the relationship with the natural ecology is which still being explored.It is urgent to put forward suggestions for its renewal and construction.Based on the analysis and empirical study of relevant renewal cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the renewal and development strategies of traditional towns under the background of " City Betterment and Ecological Restoration ",which provides several suggestions for the future renewal planning of traditional towns in China.Based on the analysis of the relevant theories of "double urban repair" and urban renewal,as well as the research on the theory and practice of the old city renewal theory at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and deconstructs the "city double repair" concept system,and selects domestic and foreign success.And the case of the ancient town renewal has been studied.Then take the traditional town of Zhuanghe in Dalian as the research object,and then research and summarize the related strategies of the ecological town,the land use,the township style,the cultural heritage and the renewal guarantee under the concept of “city double repair”.From the perspective of universality,the next step of the “Urban Double Repair” traditional town renewal plan is to make suggestions from the aspects of leisure pattern,functional structure,street space and folklore continuation,and finally realize the sustainable development of the traditional town.The paper hopes to build the traditional town renewal strategy under the concept of “double urban repair”,enrich the theoretical study of “double urban repair”,and guide the renewal practice of Dalian Zhuanghe traditional town,which provides a reference for the renewal of traditional towns in China.
