With the explosive development of science and technology,especially in the field of computer technology,the rotating machinery equipment is keeping developing on the direction of larger scale and more intelligent,and it is widely used in various industries.Rotating machinery,especially large rotating machinery,needs to work under complex environment with continuous high speed for a long time.All sorts of faults could occur during the operation.Since the failure could affect normal production,it is necessary to establish a set of platform that contains querying data,on-line monitoring,fault diagnosis and alarming as an organic unibody to ensure the equipment running in a good condition all the time.This online monitoring and fault diagnosis platform that based on mobile Internet can avoid complex problems during network line layout.It can cover a small area,be smart to set Internet and easy to upgrade and maintain.It can break through the limitations of the conditions on the site and has a good prospect for development.Windows 7 is used as the development platform for the mobile web design and development of rotating machinery online monitoring and fault diagnosis platform,and the Visual Studio 2010 software is used as development tools which is based on B/S(Browser/Server and Browser/Server mode).By using ASP.NET technology and C# language,the interface design and the realization of function module are completed,and by using ADO.NET technology,the database access is realized.This platform made a success in combining the traditional fault diagnosis methods and Internet technology,which achieves the remote on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.The mobile Internet platform for fault diagnosis of rotating machinery is mainly divided into 6 modules,which includes the equipment data,equipment monitoring,alarm prediction,fault diagnosis,data query and operation instructions.The equipment monitoring module and fault diagnosis module are the cores of the platform.By using ADO.NET technology,device monitoring module can get the interaction with the database.And by using Ajax technology,monitoring page can get partial updating.Firstly,the fault diagnosis module is mainly used to build a model in MATLAB for analysis.Secondly,by editing and running the program,it was turned into a function form which can be called by the web page.After the completion of MATLAB related configuration environment work,the prepared function will generate DLL file,and the remote fault diagnosis function can be realized by calling DLL file in the corresponding background code.After completing the page design of mobile Internet platform for fault diagnosis of rotating machinery,the front-end and back-end development of the platform were carried out.After the development work was all finished,the mobile Internet platform was tested,and the imperfect parts of the platform were modified based on the test results.After tests and modifications,the interface of developed platform is simpler,and the content is richer and easier to operate and more friendly man-machine.The platform has better portability,scalability and simple maintenance,which are the main features.It doesn't rely on the expert's experience in the process of platform operation and can reduce the subjective factors influence on diagnosis.In this way,it improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis and the platform will have greater development in future.It will provide a greater range in knowledge,data and resources sharing and have very important practical meaning and value in engineering application.
